SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3 learn of the death of Timothy J. Goodwin of Kenosha, Wisconsin,
4 formerly of Waukegan, who passed away on October 17, 2007; and
 
5     WHEREAS, Timothy J. Goodwin was born August 15, 1962 in
6 Waukegan, grew up in Beach Park and had lived in Kenosha for
7 the past eight years; and
 
8     WHEREAS, He was a member of Lakeview Church of Zion and he
9 was employed by Draper & Kramer Mortgage Corporation in the
10 Kenosha office; and
 
11     WHEREAS, Timothy Goodwin was an avid motorcycle
12 enthusiast; and
 
13     WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his maternal
14 grandfather, Carl Ruesch; and paternal grandparents, Howard
15 and Frances Goodwin; and
 
16     WHEREAS, The passing of Timothy L. Goodwin will be deeply
17 felt by those who knew and loved him, especially his wife,
18 Jean; his step-daughter, Amy Schemenauer; his grandson,
19 Jackson Lumley; his father and mother, Howard and Kathleen
20 Goodwin; his siblings, Amy (Tom) Barber, Howard Goodwin, and

1 Heather (Bob) Kukla; his maternal grandmother, Alice Ruesch;
2 and numerous nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
 
3     RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL
4 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
5 his family and friends, the passing of Timothy J. Goodwin; and
6 be it further
 
7     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
8 presented to the family of Timothy J. Goodwin as a symbol of
9 our sympathy.
