| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |

| learn of the death of
Marjah Nicole Lee Jackson of Peoria, who |

| passed away on June 29, 2007; and

| WHEREAS, Marjah Nicole Lee Jackson leaves to cherish her |
| 6 |
| most precious memories her parents, Brandi N. Jackson and James |
| 7 |
| A. Jackson Sr.; her brothers, James A. Jackson Jr. and Tyrese |
| 8 |
| J. Jackson; her grandparents, Chuck and Jackie Lee, Charlie and |
| 9 |
| Julie Jackson, and Teri Wright; her godparents, Courtney |
| 10 |
| Holland and Jeremy Morgan; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and |
| 11 |
| great-grandparents; therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |

| her family, the passing of Marjah Nicole Lee Jackson; and be it |
