| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to express |

| their sincere condolences to the family and friends of Anthony |
| 4 |
| A. Baxter, Jr., who recently passed away; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Anthony A. Baxter, Jr., was a member of S.E.I.U. |
| 6 |
| Local 150, and served as the Democratic Precinct Captain of the |
| 7 |
| 33rd Ward; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his father, Anthony |
| 9 |
| Baxter Sr.; and
|
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, Anthony Baxter Jr. is survived by his loving wife, |
| 11 |
| Anne (nee Jasinski); his children, Anthony Baxter III, Thomas |
| 12 |
| Kelly, Joseph Baxter, Lauren Kelly, and Julianna Baxter; his |
| 13 |
| mother, Patricia Baxter; his brothers and sisters, Donna |
| 14 |
| (Frank) Davis, Dennis (Christine), and Ron (Margaret) Baxter; |
| 15 |
| his father-in-law, Arthur (the late Margaret) Jasinski; his |
| 16 |
| good friends, Connie Calderone and Robin (Frank) Grisi; and his |
| 17 |
| many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
