AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. In addition to all other amounts appropriated for these purposes, the amount of $551,239, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Revenue from the FY09 Budget Relief Fund for the payment of the State’s share of State’s Attorneys’ and Assistant State’s Attorneys’ salaries, including prior year costs.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
