SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Reappropriates $1,500,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary and as remains unexpended at the close of business on June 30, 2008, from appropriations heretofore made for such purpose in Article 5, Section 10 of Public Act 95-348, from the Education Assistance Fund to the Illinois State Board of Education for National Board Certified Teachers. Effective immediately.

BALANCED BUDGET NOTE ACT MAY APPLY |

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $1,500,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary and as remains unexpended at the close of business on June 30, 2008, from appropriations heretofore made for such purpose in Article 5, Section 10 of Public Act 95-348, is reappropriated from the Education Assistance Fund to the Illinois State Board of Education for National Board Certified Teachers.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
