SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Appropriates $275,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for a day program for individuals age 22 and over in the Metro East and Southwestern Illinois area who have autism.  Effective July 1, 2008.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5.  The sum of $275,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for a day program for individuals age 22 and over in the Metro East and Southwestern Illinois area who have autism.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2008.
