SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $38,800,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for certain services in community integrated living arrangements, for mobile crisis and assessment teams for individuals with developmental disabilities, and for home-based support services for children and adults. Effective July 1, 2008.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $38,800,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the following:
(1) For Nursing Services in Community Integrated Living Arrangements $4,600,000.
(2) For Residential Services in Community Integrated Living Arrangements............................... $12,000,000.
(3) To Increase Rates for Behavioral Health Crisis Prevention and Intervention Services in Community Integrated Living Arrangements $6,000,000.
(4) For Mobile Crisis and Assessment Teams for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities.................. $4,200,000.
(5) To Support and Expand the Adult Home-Based Support Services Program..................................... $9,000,000.
(6) To Support and Expand the Children's Home-Based Support Services Program..................................... $3,000,000.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2008.
