    AN ACT concerning courts.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 
3
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Supreme Court Building Act is amended by 
5
changing Section 8 as follows:

    Sec. 8. After the
the completion of the building herein 
8
specified, it shall be
devoted to the uses of the Department of 
9
Justice of the State of Illinois,
and be occupied by the 
10
Supreme Court, the Attorney General, with his
assistants, the 
11
State law library, the Appellate Court for the Fourth
Judicial 
12
District, and the other branches of the Department of Justice 
13
of
the State now existing or which may hereafter be created.
14
    The care, custody and control of the building, when 
15
completed, shall be
vested in the Supreme Court.
