Disabilities Act. Extends the repeal date of the Act from September 6, 2008 to June 30, 2010. Effective immediately.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Business Enterprise for Minorities,

Females, and Persons with
Disabilities Act is amended  by

changing Section 9 as follows:
