Reappropriates $150,000,000 in General Revenue Funds to the Capital Development Board for school construction grants.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $150,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary and remains unexpended from appropriations made for that purpose in Section 237 of Article 104 of Public Act 94-798 (as added by Section 85 of Article 2 of Public Act 95-144), is reappropriated for Fiscal Year 2008 from the General Revenue Fund to the Capital Development Board for school construction grants pursuant to the School Construction Law.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect immediately.
