AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. “AN ACT concerning appropriations”, Public Act 94-0798, approved May 22, 2006, is amended by changing Section 30 of Article 82 as follows:
(P.A. 94-0798, Art. 82, Sec. 30)
Sec. 30. In addition to any amounts heretofore appropriated, the following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated to the Department of Healthcare and Family Services for Medical Assistance and Administrative Expenditures:
FOR MEDICAL ASSISTANCE UNDER THE ILLINOIS PUBLIC AID CODE,
THE CHILDREN’S HEALTH INSURANCE PROGRAM ACT, AND THE COVERING ALL KIDS HEALTH INSURANCE ACT
Payable from Care Provider Fund for Persons
With A Developmental Disability:

Payable from Long Term Care Provider Fund:
For Skilled, Intermediate, and Other Related
