with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.

4, on page 3, by replacing lines 12 through 20 with the

following:

        "(1) disclose in plain language in writing to all

    persons it solicits the total anticipated remuneration to 
8
    be paid to it by any third party over the period of the 
9
    proposed underlying customer contract;

        (2) not hold itself out as independent or 
11
    unaffiliated"; and
