AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1116

     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1116 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

    “Section 5.  The amount of $2, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Agriculture for its ordinary and contingent expenses.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2008.”
