| AN ACT concerning local government.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 |
| Section 5. The Airport Authorities Act is amended by |
| 5 |
| changing Section 3.2 as follows:
|

| Sec. 3.2. Manner of exercising appointments.
|
| 8 |
| All appointments of Commissioners to Boards of |
| 9 |
| Commissioners of Airport
Authorities shall be in writing and

| and shall indicate the legal residence of
the person appointed |
| 11 |
| and whether or not he resides within or without a
municipality |
| 12 |
| having a population of 5,000 or more. |
