| AN ACT concerning finance.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 |
| Section 5. The State Finance Act is amended by changing |
| 5 |
| Section 6c as follows:
|
| 6 |

| Sec. 6c. All fees and
and other money received by the |
| 8 |
| Division of
Highways of the Department of Transportation shall, |
| 9 |
| upon
being paid into the State treasury, be placed in the road |
| 10 |
| fund.
After the effective date of this amendatory Act of 1980, |
| 11 |
| investment income
which is attributable to the investment of |
| 12 |
| moneys of the road fund shall
be retained in the road fund. |
