    I move to accept the specific recommendations of the

Governor
 as to Senate Bill 783 in manner and form as follows:

AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 783

IN ACCEPTANCE OF GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATIONS

    Amend Senate Bill 783 on page 43, line 3, after "2007", by 
7
deleting ", and 2008"; and

on page 43, line 3, before "2007" by changing "and" to "and"; 
9
and

 
10
on page 43, line 5, after "$97,313,000.", by inserting "For 
11
fiscal year 2008 only, no Road
Fund monies shall be 
12
appropriated to the Department of State Police for the purposes 
13
of
this Section in excess of $106,100,000."; and

 
14
on page 337, line 20, by replacing "2006-2007" with 
15
"2005-2006"; and

on page 337, line 21, by replacing "2007-2008" with 
17
"2006-2007"; and

on page 338, line 18, by replacing "2006-2007" with
