| AN ACT concerning State government.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Attorney General Act is amended by changing |
| 5 |
| Section 4b as follows:
|

| Sec. 4b. Before the
the filing of the first pleading in |

| federal district court
in any civil action brought by the |

| Attorney General in the name of the State
as parens patriae on |

| behalf of the natural persons residing in this State,
as |

| authorized by Section 4c of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C.A 15c, |
| 12 |
| the Attorney
General shall file with the Auditor General a |
| 13 |
| statement disclosing the fee
arrangements applicable to the |
| 14 |
| attorneys' fees in relation to that civil action. |
