    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 511, AS AMENDED,

with reference to the page and line numbers of Senate Amendment

No. 1, on page 3, by replacing lines 14 and 15 with the

following:

"public bodies, and public universities.  The term does not 
7
include units of local government, school districts, or 
8
community colleges."; and

on page 5, in line 19 by inserting after the period the 
10
following:

"The amended accessibility standards shall apply to electronic 
12
and information technology developed or procured by a State 
13
entity, or to substantial modifications made to electronic and 
14
information technology by a State entity, after the Department 
15
of Central Management Services and other State entities
