    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 385, AS AMENDED,

with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.

3, as follows:

on page 7, line 20, by replacing "rhogam" with "RhoGAM"; and

on page 8, by replacing lines 13 through 15 with the following:

    "(e) The Department shall, on a quarterly basis, issue a 
8
status report to the Board of all complaints submitted to the 
9
Department related to the midwifery profession.
10
    (f) The Department must verify that the North American 
11
Registry of Midwives meets and maintains all accreditation 
12
standards set forth by  the National Commission of Certifying 
13
Agencies or a successor organization."; and

on page 10, line 18, after "violation", by inserting "of"; and

    a licensed physician or certified nurse-midwife with at 
18
    least 3 years of home birth experience."; and
