| AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 38

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 38 on page 1, after |

| line 14, by inserting the following:

| "(a-5) Within 30 days after the effective date of this |
| 5 |
| amendatory Act of the 95th General Assembly, one additional |
| 6 |
| commissioner shall be appointed to the board of the Springfield |
| 7 |
| Airport Authority from each municipality having a population of |
| 8 |
| 5,000 or more within the Authority, and one additional |
| 9 |
| commissioner shall be appointed at large. The additional |
| 10 |
| commissioners shall serve for a term of 4 or 5 years, as |
| 11 |
| determined by lot. Their successors shall serve for terms of 5 |
| 12 |
| years.".
