| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 |
| Representatives are pleased to honor Caleb Pratt of Westville, |
| 4 |
| the all-time leader in rushing yards, touchdowns, and 100-yard |
| 5 |
| rushing games in the State of Illinois; and
|
| 6 |
| WHEREAS, When Caleb Pratt entered Westville High School as |
| 7 |
| a freshman in 2004, no one could have known all that he would |
| 8 |
| accomplish in his four-year career; and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, He will leave Westville High the all-time leader |
| 10 |
| in rushing yards, touchdowns, and 100-yard rushing games; his |
| 11 |
| 8,496 rushing yards and 121 rushing touchdowns rank 18th and |
| 12 |
| 6th in the United States; and
|
| 13 |
| WHEREAS, In his career, he has played in 51 IHSA games and |
| 14 |
| the Westville Tigers have won as a team 43 times, including |
| 15 |
| three double digit win seasons, two perfect regular seasons, |
| 16 |
| and two State title games; and
|
| 17 |
| WHEREAS, At this point in his football career, young Caleb |
| 18 |
| Pratt is undecided about which college to attend, even though |
| 19 |
| he has been in contact with the University of Colorado and |
| 20 |
| other schools across the country; therefore, be it
