| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |

| Representatives wish to congratulate Jill Winkelman of St. |
| 4 |
| Mark's Lutheran School in Steeleville on becoming the Illinois |
| 5 |
| Junior High School Athletic Association Class S State Discus |
| 6 |
| Champion; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, Jill Winkelman won the title in 2006 as a seventh |
| 8 |
| grader and regained the title in 2007 as an eighth grader, |
| 9 |
| throwing the discus over 101 feet;
Jill is also a three-time |
| 10 |
| Discus Champion at the Illinois Lutheran State Association |
| 11 |
| Track Meet, winning the title in her sixth, seventh, and eighth |
| 12 |
| grade years; and
|
| 13 |
| WHEREAS, She received a "Division First Superior" rating in |
| 14 |
| piano at the Illinois Grade School Music Association's District |
| 15 |
| and State Contest her eighth grade year; and
|
| 16 |
| WHEREAS, Jill graduated third in her class, receiving the |
| 17 |
| Historian Award; and
|
| 18 |
| WHEREAS, Jill Winkelman is the daughter of Darryl and |
| 19 |
| Phyllis Winkelman and has one brother, Darin; therefore, be it
