| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |

| Representatives are pleased to congratulate the Highland High |

| School Lady Bulldogs Junior Varsity Dance Team for winning two |

| State titles in the dance and lyrical categories at the |
| 6 |
| Illinois Drill Team Association JV/Junior High Finals; and

| 7 |
| WHEREAS, The Lady Bulldogs capped off an undefeated season |
| 8 |
| by repeating as State champions in both categories to capture |
| 9 |
| the JV program's ninth State title in the past six years; and
|
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, The Lady Bulldogs head coach is Tiffany Conzelman; |

| and

| WHEREAS, Members of the Highland High School Lady Bulldogs |
