| HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |

| NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE |
| 4 |
| SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that there is created a task force to |
| 5 |
| study the costs and other issues associated with the provision |
| 6 |
| of health insurance for part-time employees, graduate |
| 7 |
| employees, and graduate assistants of public community |
| 8 |
| colleges and public universities in Illinois; and be it further
|
| 9 |
| RESOLVED, That the task force shall consist of 4 |
| 10 |
| legislative members appointed one each by the Speaker and |
| 11 |
| Minority Leader of the House of Representatives and the |
| 12 |
| President and Minority Leader of the Senate; and be it further
|
| 13 |
| RESOLVED, That the task force may also include 2 |
| 14 |
| representatives of the management of public universities in |
| 15 |
| Illinois, the representatives to be designated by the |
| 16 |
| management of universities selected by the Illinois Board of |
| 17 |
| Higher Education, and 2 representatives selected one each by |
| 18 |
| statewide organizations of higher education teachers, the |
| 19 |
| organizations to be designated by the Illinois Board of Higher |
| 20 |
| Education; and be it further

| RESOLVED, That the task force shall select a chairperson |
| 22 |
| from among its members and shall meet at the call of the |
