SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

Appropriates $7,730,000 from the Build Illinois Bond Fund to Northern Illinois University for all costs associated with the renovation and remodeling of Cole Hall's auditoria, lobby, and facade.  Effective July 1, 2008.

    AN ACT making appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The amount of $7,730,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond Fund to Northern Illinois University for all costs associated with the renovation and remodeling of Cole Hall's auditoria, lobby, and facade.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2008.
