SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
In addition to any other amounts that may be appropriated for this purpose, appropriates the sum of $5,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health for a grant to the Kane County Health Department for a grant to the Health Access Network for costs associated with providing health care services to low income or uninsured persons. Effective July 1, 2008.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. In addition to any other amounts that may be appropriated for this purpose, the sum of $5,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health for a grant to the Kane County Health Department for a grant to the Health Access Network for costs associated with providing health care services to low income or uninsured persons.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2008.
