Makes a supplemental appropriation of $150,000,000 from the School Construction Fund to the Capital Development Board for grants to school districts for school construction projects authorized by the School Construction Law.  Effective immediately.

$SUPP-CDB-SCH CONSTRUCTION

 

 

 

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5. The sum of $150,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated for Fiscal Year 2008 from the School Construction Fund to the Capital Development Board for grants to school districts for school construction projects authorized by the School Construction Law.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
