    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5494, AS AMENDED,

immediately



below Section 85, by inserting the following:

    "Section 90. Upon the payment of the sum of $6,750.00 to 
5
the State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth 
6
in Section 900 of this Act, the Secretary of the Department of 
7
Transportation is authorized to convey by quitclaim deed all 
8
right, title and interest in and to the following described 
9
land in Madison County, Illinois, to James F. Stille.

    That part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 
12
    4 North, Range 8 West of the Third Principal Meridian, 
13
    Madison County, State of Illinois, described as follows:
