2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5494, AS AMENDED, by | ||||||
3 | adding below Section 75 the following:

4 | "Section 80. Upon the payment of the sum of $2,300.00 to | ||||||
5 | the State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth | ||||||
6 | in Section 900 of this Act, the easement for highway purposes | ||||||
7 | acquired by the People of the State of Illinois is released | ||||||
8 | over and through the following described land in Marshall | ||||||
9 | County, Illinois: | ||||||
10 | Parcel No. 409610V | ||||||
11 | A tract of land located in a part of the Southwest Quarter of | ||||||
12 | Section 11, T9N, R4E of the 4th P.M., Marshall County, | ||||||
13 | Illinois. More particularly bounded and described as follows | ||||||
