| adding below Section 75 the following:

| "Section 80. Upon the payment of the sum of $2,300.00 to |

| the State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth |

| in Section 900 of this Act, the easement for highway purposes |

| acquired by the People of the State of Illinois is released |
