| AN ACT concerning regulation.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Public Utilities Act is amended by changing |
| 5 |
| Section 13-204 as follows:
|

| termination of switched telecommunications services.
