AN ACT making appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5.  The amount of $150,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated for Fiscal Year 2009 to the Capital Development Board for school construction grants pursuant to the School Construction Law.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2008.
