| AN ACT concerning safety.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Illinois Manufactured Housing and Mobile |
| 5 |
| Home Safety Act is amended by changing Section 5 as follows:
|

| Sec. 5. The Department shall issue seals to any any |
| 8 |
| manufacturer or dealer
upon application supported by
affidavit |
| 9 |
| or such other evidence which the Department shall deem |
| 10 |
| necessary
to satisfy itself that the seals shall
be affixed |
| 11 |
| only to mobile homes or manufactured housing units which comply
|
| 12 |
| with the applicable safety code.
