AN ACT making appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The sum of $100,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for a grant to Trinity Services, Inc. for family counseling services.

    Section 10. The sum of $100,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for a grant to Catholic Charities of Joliet for family counseling services.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2008.
