    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Illinois Procurement Code is amended  by

changing Section 15-10 as follows:

    Sec. 15-10. Contents. The Illinois Procurement Bulletin

other information required by

this Code or by rules promulgated
under this Code to be

published in the Illinois Procurement Bulletin.  Each volume

include a comprehensive index
of its contents.
