| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4367, AS AMENDED, as |

| follows:

| in Section 10, Sec. 9.1, by deleting the sentence beginning |

| with "The Department shall establish the time"; and
|

| in Section 10, Sec. 9.1, the sentence beginning with "The |

| Department shall collect", by inserting "$50" before "fee"; and
|
| 8 |
| in Section 10, Sec. 9.2, the sentence beginning with "The |
| 9 |
| Department shall collect", by replacing "annual registration |
| 10 |
| fees" with "an annual registration fee of $25"; and
|
| 11 |
| in Section 99, by replacing "July 1, 2008" with "upon becoming |
| 12 |
| law".
