AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3860
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3860 by deleting everything after the enacting clause and replacing it with the following:
Section 5. “AN ACT making appropriations”, Public Act 95-11, approved July 2, 2007, is amended by changing Section 10 of Article 5 as follows:

Sec. 10. The following amounts or so much thereof as may be necessary, which shall be used by the Illinois State Board of Education exclusively for the foregoing purposes and not, under any circumstances, for personal services expenditures or other operational or administrative costs, are appropriated to the Illinois State Board of Education for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2007:

Section 10. “AN ACT making appropriations”, Public Act 95-11, approved July 2, 2007, is amended by changing Section 99-10 of Article 998 as follows:

Sec. 99-10. Repeal. This Act is repealed on September
1, 2007 August 1, 2007.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
