    AN ACT concerning regulation.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Osteopathic and Allopathic Healthcare

Discrimination Act is amended  by changing Section 10 as 
6
follows:

    Sec. 10. Violations. Any violation of this Act may be 
9
enjoined in an
action brought in the
the name of the People of 
10
the State of Illinois by the
State's Attorney of the county in 
11
which the violation occurs, upon receipt of a
complaint by the 
12
aggrieved physician or health facility.
