Amends the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 and the Riverboat Gambling Act. Requires each automated teller machine located within a facility operated by an organization licensee and inter-track wagering location licensee or on a riverboat or the home dock of the riverboat operated by an owners licensee to allow a patron to deposit moneys into his or her bank account. Effective immediately.

| AN ACT concerning gaming.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|

| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 is amended |
5 |
| by adding Section 34.2 as follows: |
6 |
| (230 ILCS 5/34.2 new) |

| Sec. 34.2. Automated teller machines. Each automated |
8 |
| teller machine, as defined in the Automated Teller Machine |
9 |
| Security Act, located within a facility operated by an |
10 |
| organization licensee and inter-track wagering location |
11 |
| licensee must allow a patron to deposit moneys into his or her |
12 |
| bank account. |

| Section 10. The Riverboat Gambling Act is amended by adding |
14 |
| Section 13.2 as follows: |
