| AN ACT concerning health.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |

| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Mental Health and Developmental |
| 5 |
| Disabilities Code is amended by changing Section 2-101 as |
| 6 |
| follows:
|

| Sec. 2-101. No recipient of services shall be presumed |

| legally disabled,
nor shall such person be held legally |

| disabled except as determined by a

| whether a person is subject to involuntary admission or meets
