| (B) A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college |

| (C) A Master's Degree in public health or |

| environmental health
science from an accredited |

| college or university if the applicant has completed

| minimum of 30 semester or equivalent hours of basic |

| science acceptable to the
Department.

| (2) Passes an examination authorized by the |
14 |
| Department. The examination
shall be of a character to give |
15 |
| a fair test of the qualifications of the
applicant to |
16 |
| practice as an environmental health practitioner.
|

| (b) Upon the payment of all required fees, the Department |
18 |
| shall issue a license as an environmental health practitioner, |
19 |
| without the required examination, to an applicant holding a |
20 |
| current credential as a Registered Sanitarian or a Registered |
21 |
| Environmental Health Specialist from the National |
22 |
| Environmental Health Association.
