    AN ACT concerning criminal law.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963 is 
5
amended by changing Section 110-11 as follows:

    Sec. 110-11. Bail on a new trial.

    If the
the judgment of conviction is reversed and the cause 
9
remanded for a
new trial the trial court may order that the 
10
bail stand pending such trial,
or reduce or increase bail.
