    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Unemployment Insurance Act is amended by 
5
changing Section 218 as follows:

    Sec. 218. The
The term "employment" shall not include 
8
service performed by an
individual in the employ of his son, 
9
daughter, or spouse, and service
performed by a child under the 
10
age of 18 in the employ of his
father or mother.
