SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $52,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the following: (1) to support the Children’s Home and Community Based Waiver State portion, $30,000,000; (2) to support and expand the Family Assistance Program, $4,000,000; (3) for Home Based Support Services, $8,000,000; and (4) for Community Integrated Living Arrangements, $10,000,000. Effective July 1, 2007.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $52,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the following:
(1) To support the Children’s Home and Community
Based Waiver State portion........... $30,000,000.
(2) To support and expand the Family Assistance
Program............................... $4,000,000.
(3) For Home Based Support Services....... $8,000,000.
(4) For Community Integrated Living
Arrangements......................... $10,000,000.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2007.
