Appropriates $7,000,000 to the Department of Corrections for FY 2007 for the electronic monitoring of sexual predators as required by Public Act 94-988.  Effective July 1, 2007.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5.  The amount of $7,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Corrections for the electronic monitoring of sexual predators as required by Public Act 94-988.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2007.
