Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the State Property Control Act. Provides that the Administrator shall notify all State agencies of all declared surplus real property by October 31 (instead of December 31). Effective immediately.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Further amends the State Property Control Act. Provides that responsible officers shall submit Annual Real Property Utilization Reports by July 31 (instead of October 30) of each year. Deletes the immediate effective date.

House Amendment No. 1
Further amends the State Property Control Act. Provides that there is no rulemaking authority under the amendatory Act, but that the Governor may suggest rules by filing them with the General Assembly and requesting that the General Assembly authorize such rulemaking by law, enact the suggested rules into law, or take other appropriate action in the General Assembly's discretion.
