30 ILCS 105/12-2.1 new

Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the State Finance Act. Provides that State funds may not be used to provide the Governor with, nor to reimburse the Governor for the cost of, more than one round trip from the Governor's county of residence to the seat of government during any week when the General Assembly is in session. Makes an exception for emergency situations. Effective immediately.
