Senate Floor Amendment No. 2
Provides that members of the Illinois Latino Family Commission shall be appointed by the Governor (instead of recommended by the Advisory Board and appointed by the Governor).

House Amendment No. 1
Provides that the Governor, the President of the Senate, the Minority Leader of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives shall each appoint 3 members to the Illinois Latino Family Commission (instead of the Governor appointing all members).
