Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the State Comptroller Act. Requires that the Comptroller post specified information about each State contract valued at more than $25,000 on his or her official website during the duration of the contract and for 3 years following the expiration of the contract, including any renewal periods. Effective July 1, 2007.
