Amends the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning security employees.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1

	Deletes reference to:
	5 ILCS 315/14

	Adds reference to:
	5 ILCS 255/7 new

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Oaths and Affirmations Act. Defines "judge" to include (i) incumbent Illinois Supreme, Appellate, and Circuit Court judges, whether elected or appointed, (ii) retired Illinois Supreme, Appellate, and Circuit Court judges, and (iii) incumbent and retired Illinois Circuit Court associate judges.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 2
Exempts, from the definition of a "judge", any judge convicted of a felony or removed from office by the Illinois Courts Commission.
