Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Barber, Cosmetology, Esthetics, and Nail Technology Act of 1985. Makes a technical change concerning the application of the Cosmetology, Esthetics, and Nail Technology Schools Article of the Act.

	Deletes reference to:

	Adds reference to:
	225 ILCS 410/3B-13

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Cosmetology, Esthetics, and Nail Technology Schools Article of the Barber, Cosmetology, Esthetics, and Nail Technology Act of 1985. Provides that all student refunds shall be made by a school within 45 calendar days after the date of notice of the student's cancellation or the date that the school determines that the student has officially or unofficially withdrawn (now, within 30 days from the date of notice of the student's cancellation).
